- Is Timberline Total Solutions an Outbound or Inbound center?
Our Contact Center is a blended environment serving clients
with both Inbound and Outbound services.
- Is a criminal history check required for employment with Timberline
Total Solutions?
A Criminal History Check is performed on all eligible candidates.
A previous felony conviction disqualifies the candidate from employment
with Timberline. Misdemeanor convictions may also disqualify a candidate
from employment.
- Am I eligible for rehire?
There are a number of factors evaluated when determining rehire
eligibility. Please contact an Employee Services Representative
to determine rehire eligibility.
- How often do you start a training class?
Frequency of training classes are dependent on the needs of Contact
Center. Typically New-Hire training is conducted bi-weekly.
- What hours are you currently hiring for?
Most available positions are based on an evening schedule.
All shifts require a Saturday shift as well.
